1910 Jefferson Park Avenue

The outside is ugly, but the interior isn't bad. The lights in front of our door are sometimes out, and the kitchen drawers show some wear and tear. Having a washer and dryer in the apartment is nice, and the living room and kitchen are spacious.

It's good, just a little expensive for what it is. The previous tenants paid $750 a month, I pay $917, and now they're raising it to about $1,000.

On the plus side, management responds quickly and fixes problems fast, so I have no complaints there.
