Yugo Crestline

I was charged a fee out of nowhere that they hadn't charged before. Management was horrible.

When I raised it, I was told maintenance would come and that it would be resolved.

There was a major rodent problem, and property management did nothing about it. The units and the hallways were filthy. Rent was raised by anywhere from 15 to 20%.

When I reported it, nothing was done, so I had to take it to the Charlottesville health authorities.

The package room is awful, genuinely the worst I've seen. Everything else has mostly been fine.

They told me the package room had been fixed, but when I walked in it was worse than before.

Work orders are completed in a timely manner. The building is very clean overall, and the apartments are modern and clean. Nothing bad to say so far.

The one problem I reported, a broken door knob, was fixed within a few days.
