It's in a great location, next to Engineering Way, Scott Stadium, and the AFC, and maintenance responds very quickly. Rent is fair, and the Woodard Properties team is willing to work with you through issues. The property can get a bit messy, especially the middle patio area, and it can take a while to be cleaned up, but overall it's a nice-looking building. Parking spots are a bit small, which makes it hard for vans and trucks, but parking is very cheap: a one-time $10 fee for a pass.
For maintenance, you submit a request on a weekday and they email back that someone will come within two days, or sooner if it's urgent. I needed lightbulbs replaced a couple of times and a window sealed because cracks were letting in cold air, and both times they came the next day. The lightbulbs were replaced free of charge, and they sealed the windows throughout the apartment.
